Mainstreet Enterprises
(Work Services)

Provide work skill training for individuals who are not yet able to enter the local job market. This is accomplished through tasks and jobs obtained from local business and performed under the supervision of trained staff. The location of where these tasks are performed can be in the Arc Work Services facility (pickup and delivery of the product provided) at 912 W. Main St. in Lebanon, Indiana or at the local business site (dropoff and pickup of Arc employees included.)



Job Connection
(Community Employment Services)


Assist local companies in making job matches between job openings in their company and people with disabilities. An Arc staff person called a "Employment consultant" will assist the company to train their new employee, at no cost to the employer, on a one on one basis until the newly hired employee becomes proficient at the job. The Employment Consultant will then slowly fade away with their assistance and training until only periodic checkups are made to ensure long term stability in the job to the employee and employer.




Habilitation Training
(Personal and Social Services)

Provide training for independence in daily life skills such as: navigating and accessing local community activities, money handling, grooming and hygiene, safety practices, food and clothing activities, etc. Staff trained in assisting individuals become as independent as possible are utilized.

 



Children/Family Programs

First Steps
(Infant/Toddler Development Services)


Provide developmental therapy for children from birth up to their third birthday who are experiencing delays or potential delays in development areas such as speech, walking, grasping, etc. Services are provided in the home or at the infant/toddler center. With the guide of the Individualized Family Service Plan, other services can be provided as well; specialized testing and evaluation, nutrition services, hearing tests, behavior management, etc.




W.I.C.
(Women, Infants, Children)

Provide supplemental food for income eligible families. Other services available include nutrition information and education and breastfeeding information and education.
